Retention Log 03 // Belly Poppers

When I was younger, I use to always love playing with fireworks and blowing up little things. Of course every young boy had this fascination, right? Taking firecrackers and stickin them in between bubble gum and plastering that to the side of house walls was a favorite of mine. When I didn’t have firecrackers or something of similar “caliber”, I had to resort to the local market poppers. This is my retention log for the 4th of July! Enjoy…

Iran Freedom March

This freedom march occured in Los Angeles on June 28th, 2009. Thousands of protesters showed support for Iran by marching from the Federal Building, up Wilshire Boulevard to Westwood Boulevard, Santa Monica Boulevard and Sepulveda Boulevard and then back to the original starting point.

Shortly after I shot footage for this, I ran into a video clip of Neda and her last few living seconds on earth Seeing this left completely speechless and disturbed to the point where I had no comment, just left awestruck. Words can’t really describe how I felt, so this video was an outlet for me!
